This project presented a lot of challenges along with the typical SWaP-C challenges it also presented difficult technical challenges including moving large volumes of data at high data rates between cameras, processing module and displays, all while making a solution which could be retrofitted to normal eye glasses. Dan’s approach was excellent from the concept to the detailed design and implementation, he was the consummate professional, working with the mechanical designer, FPGA/SoC designer to create a solution which addressed the challenges presented.
